Barb started her real estate career 29 years ago, selling properties for a Westside firm. When investors became major purchasers in Vancouver’s market, she moved to Ascent to pursue another avenue of the business – managing people's homes and investments.

Today, she has been with Ascent for 26 years and has enjoyed great success serving clients on Vancouver’s Westside, Downtown and on the North Shore. Milena is a licensed Rental Agent and has been managing rental units since 2003. She specializes in individual condominiums and houses, and manages several multi-unit apartment buildings in the Metro Vancouver area.

Milena is able to provide both tenants and landlords with comprehensive information on the Residential Tenancy Act of B.C. and the various laws and responsibilities that emanate from it.

She is also committed to staying current with rental market trends to assist in providing comprehensive rental unit evaluations which aid in determining the highest possible rental income.
