• Evaluation of property including estimate of potential income
• Placement of appropriate marketing of the property
• Fielding prospective tenant enquiries
• Showing property to prospective tenants
• Screen applications including credit checks and contacting previous landlords
• Execute all necessary documents including lease and Form K's for stratas
• Inspect and document property prior to occupancy
• Arrange trades if and when necessary
• Coordinate tenant move in
• Outgoing inspection of property

• Collecting and recording all income
• Provide "trust accounting" procedures
• Pay expenses
• Provide monthly financial statements
• Coordinate all tenant matters
• Provide 24 hour emergency contact for clients and tenants
