Our people, policies and systems are dedicated to one goal – safeguard, sustain and strengthen your property asset. While this obviously includes the work we undertake with regards to your property, it also refers to the initiatives and policies we have implemented at our own business.
These include:
- Operations in accordance with the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia.
- Ascent and its Agents are licensed, bonded and insured.
- Corporate and Trust accounts are independently reviewed annually.
- Two signatures are required on all Trust Account cheques.
- Our accounting department is administered by our Controller, CGA Susan Colosie, using reliable, secure computer equipment and software which is backed up on- and off-site on a daily basis.
- Administrative systems and controls are in place to promote periodic quality checks and ensure prompt client follow-up.
- Our premises are secured against break-ins and fire, and constantly monitored via security and video systems.
